Ultra-Conservative Former Congressman J.A. Kast Chosen as Chile's Incoming President.
Following a conclusive final ballot, hardline figure José Antonio Kast has secured the top job in Chile.
A Clear-Cut Victory
With over 99% of polling stations reporting, Kast won 58.17% of the votes, overcoming leftist candidate Jeannette Jara, who obtained 41.83%.
